Whether maintenance or annual safety inspection, we offer you the service for your pump unit.

If desired, we can include your equipment into our mentainence program and we would be able to inform you when a service or safety inspection is due. We would also store all relevant information about your equipment in our pump cloud and this will help you to keep track of the maintenance and never put your pump at risk!

General maintenance intervals according to manufacturer specifications

Especially during the warranty period, but also later, it makes sense to comply with the maintenance intervals in order to avoid failures and expensive repairs to the system. We carry out this work meticulously and record it. If you wish, we can include your device in our device index. This stores all the important data for your system. This enables us to know at any time which service is due on your system and which material is required. This allows us to guarantee a fast processing of the service.

We are repairing engines from different manufacturers.

Transmissions of the large Allison series such as 750, 5/6/8/9000 series are our specialty. But we can also support you in the repair of gearboxes from other manufacturers and series.

Our service technicians are specialists in this field due to the daily handling of pump units from GOES, Metax or Tecniwell. But we can also provide you with expert support for aggregates from other manufacturers.

Plunger Mud Pump Rebuild

Complete pump rebuild including power end, for HT 400, SPM, MSI, Gardner Denver, Metax and others. If necessary, a pump overhaul can be an inexpensive alternative to purchasing a new pump. Thanks to our many years of experience in this field, we can assess which measures make sense on your pump in order to keep the costs of the overhaul adequate. All steps are discussed with the customer in order to achieve the best possible result for you. If required, we can also sandblast, flux and paint the pumps.

Thanks to our modern pressure testing station in Wesendorf, we are also able to carry out various pressure tests for you up to over 1000 bar. For this test, we will of course create a pressure report. If necessary also with recorded wall thickness measurement.

Mobile pressure services

Our trained staff can carry out pressure tests up to 600 bar at your job site. Equiped with a mobile pressure pump capable of various pressure levels and flow rates, having besides the remote recording software, we are able to respond to your needs at any time.

Stationary pressure services
